CLASSES

Here you can find out more about the various classes on offer at Leviosa and what they consist of. Or skip ahead to our frequently asked questions

Pole fitness

Pole fitness is open to all levels, ages, shapes and sizes. We have specific level classes to help you on your pole journey. The all ability classes may contain a mixture of levels but all of our instructors are fully qualified and will ensure everyone is working at their own level, whether you are fairly new to pole or advanced.

We have 4 chrome poles (3x 45mm, 1x 40mm) and 1 stainless steel pole (45mm).

All classes consist of a warm up, cool down and conditioning, as well as learning spins and tricks on both static and spin pole. Time is given at the end to capture any pictures or videos you’d like!

Maximum 15 people per class.

Any minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Stretch & flexibility

As you progress on your pole or dance journey, working on your flexibility and mobility is going to provide multiple benefits to you and your body.

Through a range of stretching techniques, you will help increase blood flow to your muscles, improve flexibility and your range of motion, and even help with day-to-day activities – which is why stretching is beneficial to everyone.

All classes include a warm up and cool down, with an opportunity for progress pictures at the end.

Maximum 20 people per class.

Heels choreography

It’s time to bring out your sassy side! Join our commercial heels dance class – open to all levels regardless of dance experience or background. If you’re new to this class and want to try without heels, you can also participate in socks or barefoot.

This class does not involve any use of poles, but will allow you to learn a new routine every week with a mixture of dance techniques and floorwork. Choreography can be adjusted dependant on level, but the most important thing is to enjoy yourself and watch your confidence grow as you progress!

All classes include a warm up, cool down, and opportunity to record your dance at the end.

Maximum 12 people per class.

This class is strictly for ages 18+

POLE FLOW & CHOREOGRAPHY

Learn to move around the pole and flow through basic pole movements and choreography.

You may take part in this class wearing pleasers or no shoes at all – it’s completely your choice! Pole flow is also open to all levels and people with no/little pole experience.

All classes include a warm up and cool down, with an opportunity for videos at the end.

Maximum 10 people per class.

FAQS

Absolutely! A lot of people assume you need to be strong to start your pole journey, but anyone can start with little or no upper body strength. You will gradually build up your strength as you go.

Not at all. Our classes are open to all shapes and sizes!

Ideally you will need to wear shorts to a pole class so that your legs can grip the pole. If shorts aren’t your thing, and you’re trying pole for the first time, you might just get away with leggings for your first class!

If you’re further along your pole journey, there are also various pole brands that have designed leggings that grip the pole.

However, the more addicted to pole you become, the less clothes you will want to wear for maximum grip!

Our heels classes are designed to make you feel the best version of yourself – so you can wear whatever you like, as long as you can move around!

If you’re trying our heels tricks class, there may be times you need to grip the pole, so take some shorts if you don’t plan to wear any so you can swap

While the choreography is designed for heels, if you would just like to try the class, you don’t need to wear them

Absolutely! Our choreography class offers variations depending on your level of experience, and all of the moves are broken down to assist with your learning

Of course – you can book as many private sessions as you like before attending classes. We offer private sessions for 1-5 people at a time and have availability across the week with various instructors. Contact us to book!

Not at all! There is a lot you can do without being flexible, but most people find they want to start stretching the more they get stuck into classes. There are many benefits to flexibility training – for pole, dance and general wellbeing – check out our timetable for classes!

There is no age limit to our pole fitness classes, however, minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Our stretch and heels choreography classes are strictly 18+

You do not need a membership to attend classes – we also offer a pay as you go option so that you can pay for each class individually

Yes, you will need to book any classes you wish to attend as we limit class numbers so don’t allow walk ins. Head to our booking system to reserve your space!
